    Just tried out Homegrown Gastropub. Super cool place with vintage looking decorations and super nice staff, right in Midtown. We tried the Moscow Mule and the Berry Sangria, both were so good! The mule was served in the classic copper cup and the berry sangria was perfect for a hot summer afternoon. Refreshing and not too sweet or too tart. For food, we had the chicken and waffles and the steak salad. Generous portions without being overwhelming. The steak was tender, seasoned wonderfully and was a perfect medium rare. They served just the right amount of dressing on the side and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. But, the chicken and waffles were insane! The chicken was delicious, as was the waffle, but the syrup made it! The homemade French fries were so good and there was enough to share. The service was excellent and the food came out very quickly! They greeted every person as soon as they entered. Please note I neglected to take pictures until we were about halfway finished, so they don't give a true representation of serving size. We will definitely be back!

    Spent my 70th birthday in Reno (from Las Vegas) and picked this place for my birthday dinner for eight of us. I couldn't have chosen a better place! We were seated quickly (had reservations) Johnny our waiter was amazing. The food!! Yeah, that good. The prawns and grits were the best thing I'd eaten in a long time. Tiramisu was excellent Do not be deterred by it being 'in mid town'. It's in an older building with character. Go, you won't be disappointed

    Very chic vibe! The decor is so unique. Excellent food and service. Great selection of local drafts. Can't go wrong here. The menu has organic and local farm purveyors.

    Came in on a Tuesday around 12 for lunch after me and my friends other options fell through. It was mostly empty and only one waitress working. We were given menus and checked on about ten minutes later. I went with a breakfast omelet and my friend had a salad. Both were delicious! We also each had two strawberry cocktails that were both fabulous. I only took off a star because the service was pretty lackluster for it being mostly empty and the prices are a tad bit more than the other midtown restaurants and bars but overall highly recommend the food and drink here!
